Terms of Use

Last updated: 10 September 2026

1. The deal

RepLens is provided by (“we”). By using the app you agree to these terms. Joining the competition, backup and alerts are optional extras covered by these terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Who can use it

You must be 16 or older to join the competition. Under 18? Train with an adult's knowledge.

3. Health and safety

RepLens is a training tool, not medical advice. Counts, form scores, calories, macros and recommendations are estimates and can be wrong. Exercise at your own risk, within your limits. Warm up, use safe equipment, and stop if you feel pain or dizziness. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or are recovering from injury, ask a qualified professional before training or changing your diet.

4. Your data and codes

Your training data lives on your phone (see the Privacy Policy). Keep your recovery code and backup code safe. Backups are encrypted with a key only you have, so we can't recover a lost code.

5. Fair play

Crowns, titles and ranks are for fun and have no monetary value. There are no prizes unless we announce them separately with their own rules.

6. What you post

Your display name, profile photo and any notes or videos you submit must be yours to share, lawful, and not offensive, sexual, hateful, impersonating or advertising. You keep ownership. You allow us to store your name, photo, titles and results and show them publicly inside RepLens for as long as your account exists. You can remove your photo or delete your account at any time.

7. Moderation

Anyone can report a set, a name or a photo from the leaderboard. Automatic checks (e.g. impossibly fast reps) only hide a set until a person reviews it. Humans make every final decision: approving or rejecting contests, rejecting sets, resetting names, removing photos, suspending accounts. When we restrict something of yours, we tell you in the app and give the reason.

8. Appeals and complaints

Disagree with a decision? Write to within 6 months. Include your display name and what you'd like reviewed. A different person than the original reviewer will look at it, where possible, and we'll answer without undue delay. You can also use an out-of-court dispute settlement body certified under the EU Digital Services Act, or go to court.

9. The service

RepLens is free, and we may change, pause or end features. We work to keep it running and accurate, but it's provided “as is” without guarantees of availability or accuracy, to the extent the law allows.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for injuries from training choices you make. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, e.g. for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

11. Ending

You can stop any time and delete your competition account in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we'll tell you why (section 7).

12. Changes and law

We may update these terms. For important changes we'll tell you in the app before they apply. These terms are governed by the law of the country where the operator is established (see Legal notice). If you're a consumer in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and can bring claims in your local courts.
